Triplexers are available in both coax and waveguide types. As they are non-directional, they can serve to combine or split signals for transmit or receive applications or a combination of both. Bandwidths, Channel to Channel Isolation, Loss, Power Handling, and Mechanical Configuration are all designed to your specific application.
CMC P/N 616460 combines the output of three transmitters (X-Band, Ku Low and Ku High) to a common antenna. Each channel is 500 MHz wide.
Isolation between channels exceeds 90 dB.
Insertion Loss ranges from 0.8 to 1.2 dB per channel.
Connections are SMA(f).
The package is extremely compact, low profile, and light weight.
CMC P/N 619400 combines the output of three transmitters in L-Band to a common antenna.
Channels are centered at 1250, 1350, and 1525 MHz with 10 MHz passbands. Isolation between channels exceeds 30 dB. Insertion Loss is less than 0.2 dB per channel. Power Handling is 30 MegaWatts, peak; 18 KiloWatts average. Connections are CPR 650 Waveguide Flanges The unit requires pressurization with SF6.
CMC Waveguide Fixed Diplexers consist of two Fixed Tuned Bandpass Filters sharing a common port. Signals applied to the common port are separated in accordance with the passband frequency of each filter network. Signals applied to either channel are isolated from the adjacent channel, but are combined at the common port.
Waveguide Fixed Diplexers are offered in circulator designs, for enhanced isolation, and non-circulator designs for non-directional applications and to minimize loss. Waveguide resonator designs offer high isolation, high power handling, and extremely low loss. Frequency ranges from 1 to 40 GHz are available.
Please refer to the DIPLEXER WORKSHEET and contact our engineering staff for assistance in specifying a diplexer to meet your exact requirements.

CMC Coax Fixed Diplexers consist of two Fixed Tuned Bandpass Filters sharing a common port. Signals applied to the common port are separated in accordance with the passband frequency of each filter network. Signals applied to either channel are isolated from the adjacent channel, but are combined at the common port.
CMC Part Number 307500 shown at right with the following specifications:
Chan 1: 1022 – 1038 MHz
Chan 2: 1082 – 1098 MHz
Insertion Loss: 1.2 dB, MAX
Isolation between Channels: 60 dB, MIN
Coax Fixed Diplexers are offered in circulator designs, for enhanced isolation, and non-circulator designs for non-directional applications and to minimize loss. Coax resonator designs offer high isolation, compact size, and economy.
Please refer to the DIPLEXER WORKSHEET and contact our engineering staff for assistance in specifying a diplexer to meet your exact requirements.
CMC Part Number 602375 shown at left.

CMC P/N 617375 (pictured above) is developed for high reliability UAV applications in Ku band. This family of diplexers combines light weight rugged construction, very low insertion loss and over 90 dB of isolation between channels. Integral harmonic supression filters and power monitoring couplers are included. Interface connections to coax and/or waveguide are available.
CMC Tunable Diplexers consist of two tunable Bandpass Filters sharing a common port. Signals applied to the common port are separated in accordance with the passband frequency of each filter network. Signals applied to either channel are isolated from the adjacent channel, but are combined at the common port.
Tunable Diplexers are offered in circulator designs, to enhance isolation, and non-circulator designs for non-directional applications and to minimize loss. Channel separation may be fixed offset or independent. In addition to the normal manual tuning and calibration options, stepper motor control is offered for automated applications. Please refer to the DIPLEXER WORKSHEET and contact our engineering staff for assistance in specifying a diplexer to meet your exact requirements. |
